Terms of Service
Last updated: June 14, 2026
These Terms govern your access to and use of ApiFast (the “Service”) — an OpenAI-compatible API gateway that resells access to third-party AI models, paid for in cryptocurrency. By creating a key or calling the API you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
ApiFast issues API keys (sk_kf_…) that route your requests to upstream AI model providers and meter usage against a prepaid balance. No account, email, or identity verification is required. One key works with every model in the catalog.
2. Your API key is a bearer credential
Anyone who holds your key can spend its balance. You are solely responsible for keeping it secret. We store only a hash of your key and cannot recover the original — if you lose it, the remaining balance cannot be transferred. Treat the key like cash. You may rotate by purchasing a new key at any time.
3. Payment, credit and refunds
- Deposits are made in cryptocurrency (e.g. USDT TRC-20, BTC) via our payment processor.
- Deposits are converted to API credit at the multiplier shown on the buy page at the time of purchase. The applicable rate and any promotional bonus are displayed before you pay.
- Crypto payments are final and non-refundable. Credit has no cash value, is non-transferable between keys except via our recharge flow, and cannot be withdrawn as currency.
- Per-transaction deposit minimums and maximums are shown at checkout.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- break any applicable law, or generate content that is illegal where you operate;
- attempt to overload, probe, or circumvent rate limits, billing, or security controls;
- resell, sublicense, or share keys in a way that misrepresents the Service;
- violate the usage policies of the underlying model providers.
We may suspend or disable a key that abuses the Service or the upstream providers. Where a key is disabled for abuse, any remaining balance may be forfeited.
5. Rate limits & tiers
Usage is subject to per-key rate limits (requests/minute and tokens/minute) determined by your tier, which is set by your deposit size. Current limits are shown in the documentation and may change.
6. Third-party models & availability
Model outputs are generated by third-party providers and are provided “as is”. We do not guarantee accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, specific uptime, latency, or that any given model remains available. Catalog membership, pricing, and capabilities may change at any time.
7. Pricing & comparisons
Prices are shown per model and may be updated as upstream costs change. Any competitor prices on our comparison page are public list prices gathered on the date shown there, provided for reference only; we are not affiliated with those providers and their prices may have changed since.
8. No warranty & limitation of liability
The Service is provided without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ApiFast is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the unused API credit on the affected key.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms; the “last updated” date reflects the current version. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
10. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent to the contact address published on the site. See also our Privacy Policy.
